FangShi ShiShuang 2x2 Review.

Thank you for this review, Chris. Do you mind if I tried it out at the competition?

Also, I would not purchase it due to it becoming competition illegal because of the logo on a cornerpiece.

Chris - the logo is a sticker shaped exactly like the tile and can be removed. (If you can't see the edges, hold it to the light and you'll see the reflection shows that tile has a different texture).

I couldn't understand how you stopped the timer in your video while solving. You just tapped your table and that seemed to stop the timer. How?

Vibrations or whatever I guess. The timer would get a jolt from him dropping it on the table.

I like how the review is like "thanks to thecubicle for this cube, it's bad don't get it".

Even if you couldn't remove the logo from the tile, couldn't you take the tile out and put it in with the logo facing down?

I haven't tried that but I don't think the tiles are reversible - I think they have bits on the back to hold them on.

For what it's worth, I like the ShiShuang and also the LingPo, but just can't get that excited because the Dayan is near-perfect and even as great cubes they don't beat it. (I'm not fast though.)

Hmm I'll have to look at it. Either way it's still not a cube worth buying
