How to improve at 3x3? 2 days ago it was really easy for me to get 16.2 or 16.3-sec avg but today it has been difficult for me to get a sub 17 avg. What should I do?

do a test and time your self and see what takes longer for you to finish OLL or PLL then work on the
harder cases so say if you are finding PLL algs hard then do lots of repetitive algorithms algs that are hard in PLL.

Your times will always fluctuate somewhat. We all have good and bad days, I wouldn’t worry about it.
As far as improving goes, more specifics is required than just “I can solve a 3x3 in 16 seconds how do I do it in less than that” to give helpful advice
