For no long time ago I asked the question : How can I get better when my average is on 20 sec.? You answered to practise on look ahead and f2l move count (I think). Since then, I have practised on look ahead. But now when I think over it, I haven't pratised on F2l move count.

To the more important things, How do I practise on F2l move count?
And does F2l move count means: Few moves as possible, during f2l?

for f2l movecount, u wanna try to finish in around 30-35 moves
it works well with look ahead, all u have 2 do is execute fast :)
for speed, try to get 1.75 seconds for each slot

It's kinda hard to see if you used 1.75 sec for each slot or not.

Something I discovered when I took the time to count the moves I was doing during f2l, was that the pair you put down first, must be a pair that isn't taking too long time. Which means that I must solve the rigth pair in the rigth order. The pairs that must be taking down first, is those who uses fewest moves. I don't know which one those are.

I'd have to disagree. Move slow, but keep moving. Slowly increase your speed. Make the best of every situation, meaning that you should make the most effective moves to solve a CE pair. Moving fast, but stopping between each pair does nothing. You will find that your faster solves will come from moving smoothly, steadily, and effectively.

Or as Harris Chan said on one of his youtube vids:

Go slow on the F2l but build up speed/momentum for the last layer.

Everyone knows Harris doesn't go slow. ;)

I was about to say the same thing. anyway, as I said, if you move smooth (slow but no delays), your times will be better. Harris posted a video on youtube of a 14.xx avg while moving slow, but steady. He called it something like "sub-15 avg while moving slow". I'd recommend you check out his channel and watch it.

I've watched both Harris Chan' video and Nakajima's video about that, but I can't do it myself... don't know why.
