Everyone, What Was The Weirdest Cubing Gift You've Ever Received From a Non-Cuber?

I think the weirdest gift I have gotten yet is this orange-shaped-3x3-shapemod, which is surprisingly difficult to solve as the pieces almost don’t differ from each other at all.

Fun fact: One day I oversept and got in a hurry to catch the train, and in all of the chaos, I mistook this thing for an actual orange and took it with me as school lunch. Devious little cube ball.

it was my birthday, and my classmate who is an absolute non cuber, gave me a dollar store cube.
it had the weirdest colors ever and also the weirdest color scheme. it also had numbers on it and was a hell to turn.
thanks i guess...?
I put in 2 gallons of Vaseline, put in all of my DNM 37 and Weight 5, and dumped it in lake Michigan for about 2 minutes.
that did not actually happen but it sounds funny

The Christmas after I first learned how to cube my cousin got me a phantom cube. The funny part is I don't even think she knew that I could solve

it was my rubik’s sphere, it’s kinda ancient now, i don’t think you can buy it anywhere anymore. Last videos i saw related to it was from about 10 years ago
Do you mean the V-Sphere? I have one lol, I got it on a trip to Baltimore back in 2019 when I was getting an award recognizing me for my math achievements (I got into an online program that I did up until last year that put me way ahead of other kids in my school)
