I havent gotten many weird ones, maybe a rubik's void, but i told my grandparents to get stuff from speedcubeshop instead of Target or something, so I've gotten good ones since. =D

That is just so sad. You know you should be grateful for them trying, but can't, because its a Rubik's Brand. In Brody the cuber's video solving a Rubik's brand in under 8 seconds, he had to go buy one from the shops lol.

Can we revive this thread please? I’m sure there’s gifts that you got from non cubers that know you cube, and you thought they were kinda weird but cool at the same time.
Example: I’ve received cubing socks countless times, and also whole set of 3 Rubik’s Brand cubes from a manager at work (for a secret Santa thing).

when I solved it in 15 seconds, he took it back and ran off to tell his friends he solved it.
