Eastsheen 5x5 core

I just got my eastsheen in last week and the core broke a week later... I ordered it from cubefans.com and I was wondering if there was anyone that knew of an email address for them because I think the core was defective.. And also does anyone know where I might be able to buy a core from because I know most likely they wont send me a new one.

I would just buy another Eastsheen 5x5. You can order one for cheap from Twistypuzzles.com.
