Eastsheen 5x5 assistance

Hey, i have been having some issues with my 5x5 popping out on me when in mid-solve and was wondering if i should tighten the screws. If i have to tighten the screws how should i get the caps off since there on there pretty good.

Ya, caps are easily taken out with a small flathead screwdriver.to prevent popping try putting a little superglue on the screws and let dry before putting it back

Getting the caps of is quite easy but.....
Don't try it anyway. The screws are not to be tightened on an ES really, they don't really have springs so it won't have any positive effect...

There is a post somewhere in this forum about fixing floppy es 5x5 by taking off the centers and filing down the backside so you can effectively tighten will good results.
