DX took 2 months for my order, and i only recieved one of the item i ordered.

Did you got a small note in that order?

If you did, then your other items are coming, they just don't have them right now.
I've always got everything I've ordered from DX. Only DP and FP has forgotten stuff from my orders. Althought, I have done some 'Customer Service Express' in DX about missing parts (like I've gotten a 3x3x3, where's 1 corner too much and 1 edge too few
). They've always sent me another (a whole new item) to cover that up.

Wow, how did they respond when you complained? On the one occasion I received an incorrect order from DX (a $7 NDS card), they apologised and sent out a replacement free of charge (I wasn't required to return the faulty item). What was the outcome of you PayPal dispute?

i didn't do anything. i thought that they'd never respond when i saw there are tonns of worse complaints on their forums.

I believe so, yes.
At least I got 1 missing item from FP after about a month, because I didn't notice it earlier. Of course it helps if you have saved the envelope too.
