Put it together the first time, keep the screws of the centers relatively tight.

Break in the cube by using it for a couple of days.

Take it apart, lube it for the first time, put it back together for the second time, keeping the screws of the centers relatively tight again.

Break in the cube a lot more by using it for a month.

Put the lemmet of a knife between each layer of the cube and keep it there for 24 hours. I use four knifes at a time, so this takes 6 days.

Lube the cube again without taking it apart and losen up the screws as much as possible.

Happy speedcubing!
