Cubing Race Ideas

So I have a friend who solves a 3x3 in like 1min 30 seconds. What are some ideas that I could "race" him to make it fairer? A couple of notes, I average 23 on 3x3, 5 on 2x2, 15 on pyra, and 1min 15sec on 3x3 OH. Any fun ideas, because I try to do OH vs him, and I always win. (edit I just figured out I put this in the wrong section but I can't figure out how to move it.)

Sometimes I race against my friend with a 5x5 while he just has his 3x3.
