I can't wait for cubing records to stagnate honestly. It could be a good chance to add other events for example. But for the events we currently have, it could still be a good thing. Focusing on records will not be a prominent as before. It will make finding who the GOAT is easier as well. Right now, the people we consider GOATs are for some events at least, not current record holders. If we reach the human limits, it will be safer to assume that the WR holder is the GOAT.
