This is a thread where you can share your experiences of cubing at school.
For example, my school don’t allow cubes in the school premises.
yesterday my classmate brought a crappy speedcube, qiyi i think, and i literally just flexed my cubing skills to the class. im not the only cuber but i have to say, im faster than them. and i won a cube battle last Christmas against my classmate who takes 5 seconds to insert an f2l pair.

Officially, cubes are not allowed but the year 2s have some Rubik's brand and I just flex how speed I am.
I might also sneak in a cube and use while no ones watching.

we used to cube a lot in my school but my teacher banned it as it consumed a lot of our time and we got tooo addicted to it. recently though, a classmate has been sneaking in crappy old local cubes which we fight to cube with.
ps- im my school best cuber (there are like 7 cubers)
a girl in grade 10 takes 30 secs to solve a 2x2

I brought the cube to recess in elementary and everyone would just hover around me the whole time, watching me solve. Lol

Funny, I am cubing in school right now. I'm in seventh grade and I think I may have found a sixth grader who is a cuber.
Worst experience was probably in health class, it was *that unit* and I decided to cube instead of paying attention.
The teacher took my 3x3
I pulled out my 5x5
The teacher took my 5x5
I took out my pyraminx
The teacher took my pyraminx
I took out my 6x6
The teacher took my 6x6
I took out my megaminx
The teacher started screaming and going insane

Back in high school I'd occasionally cube but not often. I'd always mention it though in my hobbies, and because the journalism classes were desperate for anything, I'd get interviews semi often. Then people would take things I've said out of context. One time I mentioned that I formerly was top 100 in clock, and the headline read, "Caleb Fox- In the Top 100 of People who can solve a Rubric's Cube the Fastest."

I don't cube in lessons (I don't see why people do this personally), but I cube a bunch at school in break times and whatnot. If I don't have anyone to talk to it's a nice thing to do so long as the room is quite busy because I don't want to disturb anyone. In my experience the only people that actually bother me about cubing are a couple teachers that have asked me about it around the campus but they're always friendly.

I am the fastest cuber in my entire school, which is not saying much, tbh.
My cubing experience actually started at school, when a girl solved it in 45 seconds. I thought that this was cool, so i went home, and solved my cube. I started memorizing the algs, and got faster and faster, racing with the girl at school. After a little while of begging, i got my first speedcube: A GAN 12 MAGLEV (jk it was an X-Man Tornado V2) and I started getting faster and faster, eventually beating the girl at my school. After that I learned F2L, and then OLL and PLL, averaging 21 seconds.
