CubeZZ order taking too long

I ordered some cubes in April and they still haven't turned up. I live in sydney.

I actually do like this company but I won't be ordering from them again until their local airport can sort it out.

Ziicube has been getting me cubes within 10 days but I think they operate from a different city.

I like them too, and they usually take a month and half, but the cough cough has been delaying shipping. But since I guard my money, I would rather wait than pay for shipping.

I like their selection but not so much their shipping, which ziicube/zcube does better.
Orders I placed on August 6th and 10th arrived on Sep 1st, so not too bad of delay actually (comparable to ziicube)

Depending on where the weekend falls, my orders from both cubezz and ziicube (to Australia) typically take around 3 weeks - sometimes 2.5 weeks. My most recent order from cubezz was 2021-01-09 (a Saturday) which I received on 2021-01-29 (a YLM M sq1). I've noticed that ziicube tends to have better tracking available so if the prices for an order are very similar, I'll generally favour ziicube. I usually go with the cheapest delivery option, or in the case of ziicube, it's usually the default which tends to be the best value.

For anyone about to order something right now (2021-02-07), beat in mind that Chinese New Year is about to start again which means *everything* will slow down for the next couple of weeks.

I've found from ordering from China that most of the shipping time is not from China to US, but sitting in various US shipping hubs such as LA and Denver until it's shipped to me on the east coast.
@eyeoh Australia is actually much closer to China than other English speaking countries so you may actually get your cubes faster.

Yes, that's correct on both parts. My shipping time should be an indication for a best-case scenario for those who order from logistically similar distances. Obviously, add x or y weeks the further you are from China.
