I just did an average of 5 for 3x3 on my stackmat timer and I got 18.64.

Then, I went to cubetime.com adn then did another average of 5 for 3x3 and I got 22.45.

I didn't believe that at all. Is cubetimer inaccurate in timing?

Your stackmat is wrong.
That happened pizzaguy before. Except that he averaged 17 seconds and started to get times around 30.

cubetimer.com agrees with my CCT results ~19-22 averages.

Cubetimer agrees with my Jnet results, 17-18 averages. A few months ago, I was sure that cubetimer scrambles were really messed up because I was 2-4 seconds slower than on any other timer, but it was just me. You could just be solving slower for some reason or some other bizarre reason. But, since it's your stackmat, do what Dene says.
