Ok, so I have been playing with the tensions and lubing it, and I settled on as tight as possible, and lots of Jig-a-Loo. It is amazing. Take a look at the results.

Stickered! Yummy!

I will be updating this thread with my seconds (and maybe third) video when they are put up within a week so be sure to check back!

Edit: Tightened Springs all the way, and lubed 1 and 3 layer turns with jig-a-loo. It is now amazing, and finger trickable. =D

I remember when everyone was waiting for the first teraminx was made and how amasing and expensive it was. feels kinda cool that its even produced by companies now time changes Great review.

Do you think filling the still hollow bit of the centre pieces will make the triple slice turns better?
The V7 obviously has solid pieces, and the triple turns there are pretty sweet. After seeing bogyo's giga mod it just made me think. I'm also toying with the idea of filling every single piece. Asides from it being stupidly heavy, which is fine for me as the puzzle is on a table for maybe 90% of the solve, I can't see how this will harm it.

Eh, there aren't enough pieces on the tera that need filling. Every integral part of the mech that used to catch has caps or is filled.

If you mean the 5 holes on the centers, no, it wont do anything.

I emailed cubesmith and asked specifically when they were going to have stickers for the teraminx. They replied "we will have them eventually". Sigh. I don't want the boring colors from Dr. Sticker. >_>

Yes! But I wouldn't do that, I'd time lapse it and shove it before the solve, just for fun.
