Purchasing from CubeForYou

Hi all,
I need a little help regarding buying from CubeForYou. I live in the UK so i don't know if this plays a part in my problem. Anyway, when i'm on the second stage of checkout and i enter all information required, it just re-directs me to the same page and displays the message 'Please choose shipping area first'. If you've encountered a similar problem and you have overcome it please reply as it would be a great help.
I am purchasing from my account which has all my address details so i don't think that has anything to do with it, but if you have any suggestions feel free to post a comment. This will be my first order from them, so i haven't come across this issue before.

I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the internet browser. I've had similar problems. Which internet browser are you using?

I'd try a different browser. They have had browser issues in the past. I can't remember what it was.

What is an internet browser, a couple of examples would be good?
If it's what i think it is, i use internet explorer :S

Like Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome.

EDIT: Oops, didn't see the last bit of that post. Also, it usually works with Internet Explorer I think?

Yes i use internet explorer, how would this make a difference and how could i resolve this problem? Would it possibly work if i tried an order from say my brother's laptop which is with safari?

ehh... yes, i would try that. you could also try a different browser, but im positive that CubeforYou works with internet explorer. maybe you don't have the newest version?
