Today, a kid from school gave me his broken cube in hopes for me to fix it. I told him it wouldn't turn the same, so he told me to just have it. He said his friend threw it into a corner of a wall. When I got home, I saw the most destroyed cube I've ever seen. Three of the caps were broken off(it's a storbought). An edge was broken in half, only held together by the stickers. A corner had the thingy that held it into the cube broken in half. Another corner had the thingy completely torn off. A few edges were also smashed. This is the worst I've seen.

Have you seen worssse?

I have. Someone smashed a cube and threw it into the field at my school. I retrieved most of the pieces but very few parts were not torn apart. I never found the entire thing though.
It was a 25th anniversary cube too.

Oh no, I didn't mean the center caps like on a DIY, but like the core has rivets, right? Well, everything above the rivets it broken off of the bottom part. So kind of like a diy's center, not caps, but the actual pieces broken apart.

OK then, those are called center pieces.

When my wal-mart cube broke, a center piece broke off and a some corner caps came off from the corners.

I glued the center piece back on and the thing is stiff!
