I am using Dan Harris' right now, it is much different, and seems slower. Didn't know that Macky uses it, but I'm not suprised. I haven't done my research on PLL's yet.

Oh I see. My OLL and PLL algs are from Macky's site but I've never really seen anyone else's algs for PLL(read: too lazy to research). I think Macky's algs are optomized for speed. What is Dan Harris's alg for the J perm?

I know a few people who do the inverse of that, and it seems to be a bit faster (around 1.3 or so).

The alg you gave is pretty cool. This are my algs.

For this J-Perm I use
RUR'-F'-RUR'U'-R'F-R2U'-R'U'
Which is basically the T-Perm but starting with the last trigger. Pretty fast. But maybe the one you gave is better.

Have you also considered the one you gave for the other J-Perm
R'U2-RU-R'U2-LU'-RUL'
pretty much the same you gae just every move in the opposite direction.
(I use this one)

By the way... I did research for every single OLL and PLL alg. I would recommend to do so. Relearning sucks!

I'm using this alg for ages now Well, since I began learning the PLL's... It is one of my favorites...

I use all of Dan's PLL's except the E-perm, I use Macky's. I need to do research for the last of my OLL's:

And it looks like Dan changed one of his J-Perms that he used to use and I use now.

I used that one for a while. I actually found it on my own when I was first learning Petrus. It's just a merge of Antisune and Niklas.
