Depends on the cube; but on most cubes it become very sticky and rather hard to turn. Thus, defeating the purpose of lubing a cube.

Sure
As long as you lubricate in moderation and clean your cubes out often, then it shouldn't be a problem.

If there is still undried lube caused by overlubbing, your cube can get glued all together.

Is it okay to relube your cube after lubing it because you think it's slow?

as long as you use the right lube (NOT WD-40), you're okay.
If you REALLY need to relube, wash out your cube first.

Is it necessary to use dishwashing soap or can you use hand soap?
