We have "haha" for a reason. Since we're on the topic, can we please bring Confused back? It was caught in the crossfire when removing Meh and Eye Roll.

What do you guys like most about the homepage? Going to modify and make a new one soon that is more welcoming. Please send any suggestions, thanks.

I like that there’s a list of the latest posts on the homepage so I can see the latest discussion at a glance. I don’t typically use the forum list

What are points?

From what i can see every trophy is a certain amount of points and the more trophys you get, the more points you get.

Added up my trophies have 83 points, but I only have 51

Member ranks and trophies are now live

  You may have noticed a new title under usernames in posts. Everyone now has a rank based on the number of posts they have made on the forum, and it updates
  automatically the moment you cross each threshold.

  Member    0 posts      everyone starts here
  Regular   25 posts     you have found your feet
  Veteran   250 posts    a familiar face around here
  Legend    2,500 posts  the people who built this community

  Posts in every forum count, including off-topic. Your rank shows under your username in posts, on your profile and on the card that pops up when someone
  hovers over your name. Staff titles (Administrator, Moderator) show instead of a rank for staff members.

  Trophies are back too. These are awarded automatically and show on the Trophies tab of your profile:

  Somebody Likes You                receive your first reaction
  Keeps Coming Back                 30 posts
  Can't Stop!                       100 posts
  I Like It a Lot                   25 reactions received
  Seriously Likeable!               100 reactions received

  Right now 76 members are Legends, 995 are Veterans and just over 3,000 are Regulars. Happy cubing!

Is there another metric that has been considered for these titles? I understand using messages but it could motivate people to spam more pointless posts.

I think there should be a forum for just WCA, not nessisarily WCA regulations, to talk about other WCA related stuff.

I personally don’t think this is necessary because the WCA has made their own forum to discuss stuff like this.
