Community Feedback: how can the site improve?

[PapaSmurf]

This would only be per thread. You can congratulate someone on WR, but you can't send 3 messages in a row to that one thread in the space of 5 minutes. You can go to a different thread within the 5 minutes and congratulate someone on a different world record.

Please, please add a cooldown timer for replying to a thread.

Bro why is there a "are you sure you want to react' button

I get that as well. I have no idea why it does that and it goofs me up a bit because it resets the page and I get frustrated. You will get used to it. It doesn't happen much.

Can you add the ability to keep emoticons as emoticons? Other sites I've used implemented this the form of adding a backslash in front of it.

I can't even use the forums well right now.
I just happened to get enough internet stable enough to handle posting this response.
Less issues of this sort would be very much appreciated.
Then the forums would be a lot faster to load.
No problem though!
