Cold Hands?

I always run my hands under warm water for about 10 seconds while streatching them, works well. a couple times i have done better with cold hands.

Today I was dared by a friend to run around my school (outside) for 15 minutes while solving my cube without my jacket. It was something like -5°C with wind making it feel probably twice that much. I fell down twice.

After I came back in, it took literally half an hour for my hands to warm up again. I tried putting them on my stomach; I can still feel the shivers. I didn't want to look like an idiot/pedophile with my hands in my pants. In the end, I just rubbed my hands together for a while. I have no clue what else to do.

*Tear* A true Canadian wouldn't be complaining like I am. It's not my fault I get cold with only a polo shirt and pants in below-zero temperature...
