Be very careful about buying anything from this seller! There is a chance of getting scammed.

I ordered two cubes for a total of $61, and a few months later I got a damaged package with only one of the cubes in it. I asked for a refund on the other cube since it never got delivered to me, and they proceeded to refuse to offer me a refund and insulted me, claiming that I was somehow the one responsible. So while you might be fine ordering cubes, just be aware that this person might also just rip you off and steal your money without actually sending you the cubes you ordered.

Fwiw I've bought multiple times from this guy without a hitch

Definitely a customs thing, they ruined my fair share of stuff
I beliece his parcel was opened and checked by the US customs as I understand. I even went up to the post office and ask what has possibly happened as I was so shocked where this has never happened before including all the buyers from the US.
Never had an issue with my stuff, but I've heard plenty of stories

Worth to mention mail carriers are trained not to accept overly damaged boxes such as yours so It couldn't have gone into the system in the first place like that
I agree. It’s also worth mentioning that especially with the USPS unsealed label, I’m almost certain that it reached the US safely without any issue

Given that it had a received unsealed label, I’m inclined to think something might have happened when it was being transported to the US or in customs. Maybe the poor packaging was to blame, maybe not, but either way I never received the cube and I was refused a refund. So while everyone is free to decide for themselves who to buy from, I’m certainly not trusting someone again who scammed me out of that much money
