@PiKeeper , The premium shipping is probably your best bet but I wouldn't ask Fukuoka James to be the one providing the refunds, he is not insuring it the mail service is, so in the case that the packaging gets lost you should file a claim with the post office because they can reimburse the cost of the puzzle and shipping as long as fukuoka james declares the correct value to customs. Mr James is not insuring your package by buying premium shipping, you are, so in the unlikely case the package does go missing again, the PO will insure it as long as you file the missing mail form. ;)

Can anyone explain to him on how the post office works? (like seriously) Thanks
I am disgusted by your decision to post screenshots of our private conversation in a pathetic attempt to insult me instead of simply responding to me. But since you don't seem to understand how insurance and the post office works, here is a simple explanation:
Insurance protects the seller and allows them to be refunded by the post office if the package gets missing or damaged. The buyer being refunded by the seller is just a given since that's how selling stuff works. Refunding the buyer is done by the seller, and refunding the seller is done by the post office.

I was just trying to say that its the policy of the post office its not my decision. Frankly I expected him to understand that by common sense

my 2¢
In my experience with the U.S. Postal Service, as a buyer, when a package was damaged and/or items went missing, I myself had to go to the local post office here and file the claim with USPS. It has happened a few times over the years and that was how they told me to handle that

I wish he can at least try learn how to do that when he grow up

It isn't about "growing up" since from what I can see you both are about the same age...
It isn't an easy process to go through but it can work...
When I tried doing it only through the USPS internet presence it seemed kike it would take a long time
And the local post office is only a few miles away and their computer system is part of the whole USPS system,
so they were able to add documentation to the claim file for me and get updates from the system and help get it resolved
It probably is much less simple / easy with an international situation on y'all's hands 🙏🙏🙏

Not at all cool to post someone's address on a public forum.
You have to be way more careful taking photos of packages, not only is @PiKeeper address address visible it looks like yours is too.
It seems like the message has been deleted.
That was the idea. dont u think?
It could of been but another explanation (considering the fact that he also leaked his own address) was that he just didn't think about that before posting.
