CLOSED First comp... Any advice??

Ayo.
So I am going to NZ SouthIsland Nationals 2021 soon.
Any expectations I should have or important regulations I should know?
How should I practice at home?
Y'all are experienced cubers, so advice would be welcomed.

I’d recommend reading the WCA Regulations. They have everything about how a competition is supposed to be run. Article Y is all the Covid regulations, but those may or may not be enforced in New Zealand, since the Covid situation is pretty good there. There’s the obvious rules like don’t distract other people while they’re solving, but there’s also more obscure ones, such as how to start and stop the timer properly. Give it a read and let anybody know if you have any questions about it!
