Check out the FAQ!

[Lord Voldemort]

There's a FAQ page on the wiki now, so look through there to answer your questions before creating a new topic. If you feel like your question wasn't answered, post here and someone will (given a more general question) add it to the FAQ. Happy browsing!

deja vu...

[Lord Voldemort]

Having it in this forum (to Stachuk) will make it so that new people see this as they go to make a thread. This is different from the suggesting the wiki, as people don't have to search through anything to get information. It's presented in an easy to find format.

"deja vu"

Quite obviously, but your idea is still great, it will avoid a lot of Spam, if people know about the FAQ's!

BTW, Deja-Vù

I saw that (indeed, I posted in it), but when I was a noob, I didn't really look through the whole forum. I'm just banking on the fact that when noobs make a thread, they'll look here and hopefully see this thread. That thread is at the bottom of the forum, so probably less viewable.

There needs to be an easily accessible link to this somewhere on the homepage, and big enough that people will see it before posting repetitive threads.

I second the motion.
