Maybe, but he did say he was extending it due to "having alot of free time on the weekend", which doesn't indicate he specifically needs more time.
Logically it's being extended as he has the time to do so and due to a lack of competitors. He also made previous posts saying he might have to extend submission due to a lack of submissions.

Mostly my fault for not explaining why I said that, but I didn't think I had to since I had previously said so.

Don't know why Im going into so much detail, but I have the time so why not.

Because of :

A - Falling for the trap of extending submission
B - Personal life
C - A certain someone taking over the whole thing

My current comp is going smoothly I reckon, with no current reason for it to end, but a pause between S1 and S2 is likely as I am potentially going to have fun with AI.

You didn't say all comps I have went solo on, just ones I have organised.
And like I said, currently I am doing much better.
All I did was suggest that I personally didn't think that it's smart to extend submission, which I know from experience.

Off topic, I kindly say that you should focus on your comp rather then how my comps are (a bit hypocritical I know, but I said that I didnt think his decision was a good one, he said that my comps always fail so I can't comment on it).
