Chameleon fingertricks (noob)

Couldnt find a thread on this so sorry if this is a re-post!

I'm a noob working on 4Look (among other things! ). atm, I'm wondering, what are your fingertricks for Chameleon? r U R' U' goes great for me but then I have a regrip from that to r' then big regrip issue at the last F'. Does anyone have any good (slow) videos of this to help me reduce regripping?

What chameleon alg are you using?
Edit: oh, that one.
Do the second- last r as an L move if you see what I mean.

hmmm not sure... I'm using (r U R' U') (r' F R F') oh wait i c.... the r' as an L got it! thx! I will try that....

Edit: and btw what alg do you use for Chameleon? (the one I use is Badmeph's)

Edit: I use 6 different algs for chameleon because I use roux.

ah wow! because of what colors are where in LL? is it a 1 Look type of thing then?

Yes. It's 1-look corners, and I think it's awesome because it's so easy to recognise.
And you can do all sorts of things like influence last step by using an M before an
alg, for example.

I use COLL or CF for CFOP, which are similar to CMLL of Roux.
