CFBL Is a Valid Method as CFOP

CFBL is as good a method as CFOP. In 5 cases, I use U Perm, J Perm, and F Perm with the 1x1x3 block, and I still get the same times.
8 cases with the block are also CFCE and CFBL at the same time.
And the two U Perm is CFBL, CFOP and CFCE contemporanely.

Create a block 1x1x3 Orange or Green or Blue or Red I added a file Platform BL Is Platform and in the list Method in this site there is CFBL my Method.

I invented this Method but my tutorial Is not good. The second-step algorithms aren't the same ones I usually use for other algorithms. I'm attaching the file.
