What should I do if the centers of the diy kit jumping off the cube all the time?

Glue is a good solution, if you don't need to adjust the tension often.

put some paper inside...inside near the edges

cut a piece of paper to the exact size of the cap and then put the cap on over it, this works great for me, glue is a little too perminent i think
