So, I'm just doing small adjustments on my DIY, but it seems to take a long time to take apart the cube, take off the center caps, make the adjustments I want, and then reassemble it. Is there any quick way to remove center caps?
My yuga has very bad centre caps, but the competition cube from PUZL.co.uk has little notches to get them out easy. I use the sticker remover from cubesmith to take out my yuga centres.
Use a kitchen knife, stick it into the little seam, and pry the cap out. You can also use a razor blade, but I wouldn't recommend this (almost destroyed my finger using a blade).
