As I start to cube more "seriously" I can't help but notice the moderate pains in my right wrist, thumb, and forefinger. Wrist pains being somewhat decentralized, while the thumb and index finger pains are just to the finger side of the largest joint.
Is this something that could eventually develop into Carpal Tunnel or Tendonitis? If so, are there any ways to prevent it? (creams.. exercises.. etc). If not, how could I stop the pains?
My cube is lubricated properly, and I have a normal grip. However, it is storebought, so I just ordered a DIY in hopes of having easier turns & corner cuts.

EDIT: That being said, I realize that I am only 15, and at a much lower risk of developing Carpal Tunnel Syndrome than if I was older. It is more Tendonitis (a problem much more easily cured) that I am worried about.
