Yea if you know polish sledge and hedge, all you can do is learn Sarah intermediate using either z3cubing or noble cubes tutorial, thats where I learned and practice a lot, after you can also try and improve your layers by testing out yourself and try to do it in less than 8 moves every time

ik hedge and sledge, basically all of skewb, but it seems the poles have taken over it :/
