someone please tell me what I'm lacking to be sub 10
some links for vid or sites are welcome,
please tell me what else I'm going to do just to be sub 10.

I'm not a pro, but I'll try to see what I think you can improve on. Maybe some faster PLL recognition, because I've seen you take some pauses during some solves. Also I'm noticing that you start a tad slower than you do the rest, maybe thats something to improve on? Anyway, the best tip I can give you is to keep on practicing.

I can see you are trying to have a constant flow in your solves, for example making smooth Cross-F2L transitions. But you aren't really doing it successfully every solve. Work on that. Use more inspection and try to plan more than cross only, and you can easily increase the odds of knowing the first F2L pair before starting the solve.
It can make a huge difference on the flow of the whole solve, thus saving you a lot of time.

To add to that, from what I have seen, people that are sub 10 usually have no more than a 2.5 second cross+1. and sub 9 people are right under sub 2.

I would work on your movecount and your last layer.

I'm around the same territory as you... One thing that always takes .2-.5 off my time is doing your last F2L pair as fast as you can. There's not much to look for after that. Just know the exact alg/moves once you recognize the F2L case, do the alg/moves, and only watch the last layer pieces to predict the OLL at the same time. Always do your OLL's and PLL's as fast as you can too. Good luck!

thank you guys,
and especially for chrissyD for the break down, I always thought I sub 4 the LL in actual solves

so in general, I must work on both my TPS in f2l and LL ?

I would work on your movecount and your last layer.

I agree, your f2l needs to be more efficient, Xcross and solving/influencing 2 pairs at once could help bring your movecount down and your times, your PLL recognition isn't that great and you clearly have good tps you can see it when you scramble but tbh i don't see that being fully transferred to your solves. Better flow in f2l will take a second off your times too, you seem to have a few very short pauses every solve.
