Basically the same rules for stickers on rubiks cube
But I would say that the puzzle in the image doesn't count as all pieces must have a sticker, or be stickerless.

Probably should have said this earlier, but why not?

Pretty sure the reason why having only some pieces stickered in cubing is illegal is because you can identify pieces by touch without looking at them. Meanwhile in speedsliding every piece is visible to you so stickers won’t give you an unfair advantage.
