[Unofficial] Breandan Vallance - 6.29 non lucky solve

Wtf, that solve isn't just fast it's... beautiful! :P
I didn't completely understand the description.

I'd JUST recorded a 6.82 NL and accidentally deleted it. This was the next solve...................................*.......
The timer was reset, does that mean this was the same scramble? I'm leaning towards no though :)
I love this solve, so nice :)

If the timer was reset there would be a new scramble, thus meaning this is a fresh scramble.

That's what I figured, but wasn't sure if he was redoing the scramble nonetheless. (again, I must stress, I wasn't thinking he was cheating, and I thought the video description might be saying, I got a sub 7, but lost film, so refilmed with same scramble and got this)

Just to clarify, it was a new scramble :P its a new session because i thought i was done for the day and closed the old one. the other 6 was an easy x-cross, antisune and J perm with no auf ~ 40 moves in case you're interested.

He did count slices as two turns, though. It's 8.27 tps if they're counted as one. Not sure which way is more appropriate here. Slice turns are ambiguous and should just be forbidden.

On bigger cubes also?? That leaves wide turns and "inside-out" solving as the only option ... Actually one could easily fake slice turns with wide turns:tu
