I'm not using Roux, Or I can but I don't, I'm using something I named Kindaroux:
F2B:
1; Build half a cross at RD LD (don't mind the D centre, just R and L)
2; Place the four pairs, to build them place the edge at FD or BD, do U to move in the corner and then M to compleate the pair (for the first ones you can also use F or B to move in the corner. Do not bother to do first block second block, put the pairs in any order.
CMLL:
No explanation needed...
Edges and M slice:
1; Place B centre and BD edge (or F/FD and do y2). Build a pair of the centre and edge in the U-layer and do U M to place it.
2; Orient the last 5 edges using M' U M
3; Permute all 5 edges (there is a thread with algs somewhere) or place FD using M' U2 M and end in EPLL.
A variation is to place FD while doing the orientation, I think it was 9 cases totaly.
Maybe a little less effective than the original method but much easier to learn if you are used to do LBL.
I use the same method for big cubes (it's the only method I use for the big ones) but there you also have to do centres as additional steps and there I do ELL as the last step so I place FD edges while compleating the last two centres (there is no edge orientation step).
At first I actually created the method on 4x4x4 and then later I tried it for 3x3x3.
