BEST Ra Perm (in my opinion)

I tried to find an Ra perm that wasn't confusing and didn't have any D moves until I hit the jackpot: here it is.

wait this might actually be good for OH although the R’ F is a bit awkward

but for 2H it’s just better to either do the lefty version of the Rb perm alg or the RUD version
