How practical, efficient and fast is this method?

Like roux but you solve the last block with an edge cycle?
there’s no gain you can get from solving the corners in the bottom minus edges. It just seems inefficient and slow

I can do 20 easily. and I already got sub 15 with this method ( im not sub 15 with this method because i ins't use roux with main method)
