Last comp was 2018. What has been happening in the world of cubing? Who are the best YouCubers now? What cubes are the best? What has changed?

One thing that hasn´t changed since 2018 - and in fact, since 2004 - it that the WCA still keeps discriminating FMC competitors. Apparently it is difficult to understand why for speed cubers or cubers not knowing enough cube theory. For instance, no person discussing in this thread seemed to get it.
