Is this 2-gen? 3-gen? or what? I cant see clearly. But, I really think that it is 2-gen.

2-gen but he solves it with <L,U> while the scramble is <R,U>, which is perfectly legit.

EDIT: You used the MU H-Perm. You're only supposed to use 2 kinds of moves.
