I am starting to look around for hotels/tickets/etc. about my trip to Chicago. Which airport is closest to the Chicago Cultural Center? Here is some info on it (the link is inside this link):

What are some good hotels to stay at, which are relatively cheap? Where can I rent a car? I'd like to get a hotel as close to the Chicago Cultural Center as possible.
