Alternative to Lar's Petrus tutorial

I've been doing fridrich method for a while now, and my progress is really slow. I am really interested in learning Petrus, but I can't find any good resource other than Lar's site.
I wont install Java, so I can not view his site properly, so I can't see what I am supposed to do. I have no problem with fridrich f2l, but when it comes to blockbuilding, I have no idea what I am even supposed to be doing. I don't know any way to build blocks other than the fridrich f2l techniques I have learned.
Help?

Why can't you install java

Because it constantly causes my browser to crash half the time I visit any site that actually uses Java. This has happened to me across multiple PCs, until I finally just got sick of it and boycotted Java altogether.
