I just found there is a third state where the pair is connected from where you can do VHF2L.
Edge is in the slot but unoriented, corner at Urf makes a connected pair. Because the edge in the slot is unoriented there are only odd numbers of edges oriented in LL possible making it 1 or 3 oriented edges. The single oriented/unoriented edge can be at 4 places making it a total of only 8 cases and of those 4 are mirrors.
I post algs later, for the 1 edge cases I found a 6 turn and a 8 turn but the 3 edge cases are harder, I got 11 (STM!) so now I will use a tool to see if there are shorter ones.
Edit: how do you make CubeX ignore LL-edge permutation? (is it possible?)
More edit: OK, got the algs, 1R = 1 unoriented edge at the R-side, 3R = 3 unoriented, the one oriented at R-side, same for F, L and B. F is mirror of R and B is mirror of L.
