Welcome! There is a lot of information on this forum on becoming faster. What do you average right now and what algs do you know? (Also just fyi it's actually speedsolving.com but big deal )

Hello! What method do you use? If you use CFOP or Roux this is an index I've been creating. https://www.speedsolving.com/wiki/index.php/3x3x3_(speed-includes_OH_and_Feet). So far I've done the roux and CFOP pages

We need more information to help you get sub20 like the method you use because CFOP isn't the only method and what you average now

Work on cross, if you get that down, you should be hovering around 20 and just work on OLL as well, it's only algs

If you aren't already, do it on bottom, and plan it out in inspection, the whole cross. Your F2L is pretty good for a 23 second solver

your splits add up to 19 seconds...

this indicates to me that you really need to work on lookahead more than anything else

Do some slow solves where you can see the pieces fall into place 2-3 moves before they are actually there. For F2L it would be a good idea to track a couple of piece during the cross and whole doing the previous pair
