Abnormal solve speed

I was randomly solving with a current average at best being 40.48 and then just getting too lucky it jumped to 26.34 for some reason(both OLL and PLL skips involved). These things maybe rare but it can't jump my record too off lol. Was that something normal? Got no pics just the worst thing oof. Method involved: CFOP(learning still tho and still not completely good at it).

Happens to me a lot, when I am not warmed I get 17+ and then suddenly jumps (0-2 solves) down to sub 15.

Well, that also happened to me a year ago: I averaged ~45s and my PB single dropped to 28.12. That was my first PB that lasted for more than a month.
