btw i dont like waffles tut(soz)
and i dont like this tut http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WFuI_vBWLjo
oh yeah and i cant understand the roux website either..

help?

Did you make up for all the full-stops you didn't use with those ellipses at the end?

Waffle's tutorial is one of the most concise and easy to understand Roux tutorials out there. If you can't learn from that you are going to find it difficult.

If you hate english, stop using it then. As you might have noticed by now (if you read enough threads) generally, we, as a whole, like proper grammar. Now, evidently, I don't have mastery over the language, and I'm sure we don't expect you to, but proper spelling and grammar help to have others understand you as you intended, instead of them guessing at what you're trying to say.

Now, back onto topic for me...
Could you be a little more specific with what you're asking?
What exactly is confusing you? If you could, please list the step number/letter and maybe someone will be able to help you better.

As it is right now, all I'd do is copy-paste from Roux's site because what I'm getting here is that you don't even understand what you're supposed to accomplish with each step.

Sorry for the harshness, but I hope you get your answers.

Well, I did make a little Matt's Block tutorial, but I doubt it would help you. anyway, here it is.

Well, there's a reason for using proper grammar, spelling and capitalization. It makes things easier to read, and actually make sense.

So, yeah, people do expect basic english rules to be followed. Not doing so just makes you look childish and noobish, and no one will bother struggling to read your posts.

Edit:
Lol, I was annoyed and forgot to add the on-topic part of my post.

ON-TOPIC:
Waffle's tutorial is by far the best Roux tutorial that I have found so far. You may need to watch it more than once if you're having trouble understanding it. (GASP )

Well in all honesty theres probably never going to be a "good" roux tutorial.
Waffles tut. touches on all of the basics you need to get started but you learn more "things" from using roux for longer periods of times like most methods.

Good point, a good way to learn is through experience!
