I can't get down to sub 5 minute averages. Tips would be appreciated.

Your 3x3 and L4E are pretty good. But for centers you tend to do a lot of unnecessary moves. Same for edges, try turning less to find pieces. You tend to do U U U' U' a lot. Also, you can try using a V-Cube for a while, and then switch back to this one, your times will plummet, I promise.
