[WR] 7.08 3x3x3 single Erik Akkersdijk

lol everyones using my pickup lines now :p. Pay me (in v-cubes) and I'll make more. Nice job Erik! The next time this is gonna be beaten will be an LL skip. Its true!

True. I think it would be impossible to beat this amazing solve without LL skip.
Erik did really great job, besides pll skip he did incredible fast F2L

You never know - a fast F2L with a predicted OLL skip and a PLL with no AUF could get sub7 in the hands of the right person.

When it comes to the WR, it's bouncing between Asian cubers and European cubers.

Yeah, no kidding. In north america, The canadians are KICKING OUR ASSES!
Alas, the prestigious sub-tenners are mostly european. Not one american... Dzoan was close, though

BTW, awesome solve Erik! You're one of the select few cubers with girlfriends ;)

7.08, happy birthday!:D One years old last week!

Nobody has came close to it since then. Shall be interesting to see how old it will be.....I vote for at least one more year.

"...ooh, you opened an old thread bla bla bla, complain complain, studip, bla bla bla etc etc...."

I'd say... It is truly got to a point where it is... almost impossible to break.

It will certainly be broken someday. It will take a great solve and a skip, in all likelihood, but there are people that are able to beat it, and it will eventually happen. I bet it's broken within a year, honestly. Two years without a sub 7 solve from anyone at this point would seem unlikely to me.

Of course, that timetable could be very wrong. But never is a very long time. :)
