5x5 last two center algorithms

Is there anyone who got any algorithm for working out the last two center of the 5x5. I need an expert method please.

They're all intuitive, but for most cases you start with a 2x3 block on one of the centers and can solve the rest of it without destroying that block. I wouldn't go memorizing things for it but rather see how the pieces pair up as you try the algs on the page LewisJ posted.

What you want to do is to form a 1x1x3 bar in the middle of one face (that's easy). Then you have to connect the outer bars using Rw/U moves. That's the fast way.

But since you asked for an expert method, you should just practice the intuitive way.
